Our return policy allows you to return any unused or unopened products for any reason within seven (7) days of having received it. You may return an item for store credit or exchange ONLY. Any returned item must be unworn, unused, in original condition and with its original packaging. If we receive a damaged, worn or used product we will be unable to process your return. No refunds will be given. If you wish to return an item you received, please notify us immediately at email@example.com to make arrangements. In the event that an exchange is not possible, we will issue you a store credit.
Vintage Watch Returns
Yes. However, returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer within 24 hours of taking delivery of the watch. If you are dissatisfied with your watch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can discuss your return. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Watches returned must be in the same condition as initially shipped.
We cannot guarantee cancellations and encourage you to check and double check your order prior to submitting it. Cancellation requests received within one hour of submitting an order Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST will be handled on a case by case basis. Cancellation requests placed after an order has shipped will not be honored. In the event your item has shipped and you request a cancellation, please follow the return guidance above to exchange or be issued a store credit.
